General Information
Lunch Bunch
The core day is from 9:00am - 12:00pm. The children have the option of staying for lunch from 12:00-1:00pm for $3.00 per day. (Parents provide lunch.)
Birth Dates
The birth dates of 2, 3 ,4, and 5 year olds must be on or before August 31st.
Fees
The registration fee is $50 per child. Registration fees must accompany the completed application for the enrollment to be official.
Refund Policy
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- The tuition is refundable only if a family moves out of Guilford County and we are given four weeks written notice.
- A refund check will be mailed to your new address.
Waiting List
This list will begin as soon as a class becomes full. Priority on the list is as follows:
- Church members have priority over non-members who
were not enrolled.
- Siblings of children who have attended St. Francis Day
School
- The Director may use discretion in balancing the class.
Tuition
- Each child is expected to be enrolled for the full year
- The tuition will be paid on the first of each month. Checks should be made payable to St. Francis Day School.
- The director will make final decisions on all class assignments.
