St. Francis Episcopal Church
Adult Education

One of the last things that Jesus says before he ascended to heaven in the Gospel according to Matthew is "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Disciple is a Greek word which means "students." Throughout his ministry, Jesus taught about God’s love, God’s justice and God’s Kingdom. We see this great emphasis placed on teaching and learning by Jesus’ final words. Learning is a part of what it means to be and live as baptized Christian. This is a commandment that we value at St. Francis. We encourage you all to take advantage of these programs as a way to continue on the path of discipleship.

Please check the Upcoming Events tab to the right to get the most up to date schedules and information about our Christian Education offerings. Typically, we do not have Adult education offerings on the first Sunday of the month (September-May) when we hold the Parish Hall Eucharist.
